Welcome to Index Assets and Consulting Limited, a construction and property outfit with multi-disciplinary departments involved in every stage of the construction process from conception, designing, planning, construction, right to finishes and handover.

As an organisation we adopt an ‘holistic’ approach which makes us versatile and ensures that we have a well earned edge over other competitors.

Our Team.

EYITAYO OLOTU

Executive Director

Eyitayo had a construction background/exposure from quite early and obtained a B. Arch in Architecture from FUTA, Nigeria and later got an MPhil in Architecture from the Welsh school of Architecture, Cardiff University, UK (with a specialisation in modular/prefab structures).

After over 15 years of professional experience plus graduate /postgraduate qualifications both in Nigeria and the UK, Eyitayo (also a director of Olotu Holdings) conceived and set up Index Assets to provide building construction services of similar quality as those obtainable in developed western countries. Initial work experience includes design and build role with Bezaleel builders and consultants, Abuja on offices – (i.e. Goodness place, Berger junction, Abuja), Bank (former Global bank, area 3, Abuja), Bakery and primary school, Kubwa, Abuja. Initial UK work experience includes architectural roles with Kensington Taylor Architects, Powell Dobson Partnership and Wigley Fox Partnerships on retail, education and residential projects.

Just prior to Index Assets, Eyitayo worked for almost 5 years with a UK national developer (Lovell Partnerships) designing and managing projects in excess of £10Million including affordable and open market units – (Dunster Place, Orleton Park, Nickson road, Faithful Park, Coalville phase 2) all residential apartment, terraced, semi detached, detached houses. Since inception, he’s directed/guided Index Assets, in delivering on several construction projects to the satisfaction of clients.

MOYOSOLA OLOTU

Director and Secretary

Moyosola had a BSc computer science at OSUA and later an MBA at FUTA, Nigeria.

She started working as a Project analyst in the IT department, WEMA bank Headquaters Marina, Lagos and later worked with HFC Bank (A subsidiary of HSBC), Birmingham, UK. She has international and broad managerial experience and is co ‐ director of Index Assets and Consulting Ltd.
